About

Saguaro Counseling was built around a simple idea: therapy should feel approachable, supportive and real. It’s a place where conversations unfold naturally, where care feels personal and where people can show up exactly as they are.

Our work is guided by authenticity, empathy and transparency, values that shape every session and every relationship. Therapy here is collaborative and adaptable, grounded in mutual respect and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for change.

OUR STORY

Saguaro was founded by therapist Rebecca Kahn, LMFT, PMH-C, after she saw how many people, especially women, struggled to find mental health care that truly met their needs.

Her own experiences with pregnancy loss and healing informed a practice built on inclusivity, compassion and specialized support for women’s and perinatal mental health. Today, that foundation continues to guide our team and the clients we’re honored to support.

OUR TEAM

Meet the Saguaro Squad, the amazing therapists who make Saguaro Counseling what it is.

We’re an all-women team brought together by shared values and a genuine love for this work. Each therapist brings her own training, personality and perspective, creating a collective that’s as dynamic as the people we support. What unites us is a sensitivity to nuance, a respect for identity and a belief that therapy works best when it feels collaborative, warm and real.

Meet Our Founder

Rebecca Kahn, LMFT, PMH-C

Rebecca founded Saguaro Counseling with a simple goal: to make therapy feel more approachable and inclusive.

As both a therapist and a leader, she’s known for her direct, thoughtful style. Therapy with her often feels like talking to a trusted girlfriend, but one who brings clinical insight and honest perspective to the conversation. Her work is shaped by lived experience and guided by a belief that healing happens when we feel seen and supported.
